Tourism Tops Customer Satisfaction Survey

Of course it does. The yearly holiday is not only the biggest expenditure it is the one time of the year that you really set out for pure enjoyment – so you have to get it right!

According to the report in The Times, 79.1% of people who were asked, were satisfied with the service they received from the Tourism Industry. Utilities was stuck in the gutter with just 66.1%.
